NextLevel Tactics Academy

NextLevel OTA (Online Tactics Academy) is a bi-monthly blend of foundational tactics of the game at the individual, unit and team level. In the APG model of competition, a player has to have insight on where to look and why. Experience will fill this hole, but NextLevel OTA will accelerate it.

Students will learn through discussions and video reviews, but will also work with peers to increase understanding and priorities as they share, discuss and debate over points throughout the course.

Competitive Learning: This is what most people cite as their favorite part of OTA. Players will participate in Knowledge Competitions to stress not just learning, but learning and retrieval under pressure as we tap into the natural competitive spirits of the athletes in the course. This accelerates the transfer of the knowledge gained back to the field with their teams.
