CLUB QUALITY CONTROL "CORE SAMPLE PROJECT"
Clubs are interested in putting the best quality possible out there for their members. One of the challenges is subjective interpretation of the mission being accomplished on the field.
APG's Core Sample Project is a video review of a single team, an age group, or the entire club. We will compare the video against your stated club curriculum to identify areas of strength and weakness in an early detection process.
We will then work with your stakeholders: board, coaching leadership and staff to review and discuss observations.
The goal is to help all clubs evaluate the quality of their current service to their membership, both areas of strength and areas of attention.
