COACH'S MENTOR
My Personal Coach (FOR COACHES) is our best version of personal touch education focused on you, THE COACH. You will be assigned a dedicated coach for the semester. His or her only objective is to :
- Design and help you through your learning plan
- Guide you through your season
- Provide tips and feedback on match scenarios
- Give incites on how to improve in skill or understanding
- Advise handling team or coach situations that come up through the season
- Review your match video
- Challenge, Support, Listen as needed
For My Personal Coach, you have 2 hours monthly to divide up however it meets your schedule. 4x30min meetings are the most popular, but if you need to adjust you can.
Some weeks are question and answers, others are more video analysis and breakdown. In all circumstances, we will develop a personalized plan for you for a semester and review it with you throughout the semester. In all cases, we will be with you every step of the way.
