Classes Only

With this version, we act most like a technical director for your club. We provide regularly scheduled virtual classes for your coaches with periodic reviews on a range of topics in a group setting. The primary goal is to increase the knowledge awareness of your on the ground staff.

Classes & Mentorship

This is all the benefits of the group education, expanded with regularly scheduled individual feedback sessions for every coach. One coaches needs and progress are most definitely different from the next. By adding the mentoring component, we accelerated the awareness into practical competency through individual interactions.

Classes, Mentorship & In-person Engagement

This level of directorship takes all the benefits of our first 2 levels and adds that personal connection, where our director will come out to your club and interact with coaches, players and parents directly on a schedule tailored to meet your needs and budget.

The US is a big place and there aren't that many truly qualified directors to fill the needs of every club (yet).
